At MK Beauty salon & supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unused,

  • in its original condition,

  • and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged:

  • opened beauty tools,

  • personal care accessories that have been used,

  • clearance items,

  • gift cards,

  • any item marked final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
